to Estate and Letting Agents, Landlords and Solicitors, and for private sales in the Northamptonshire area.
HIP Midlands can also compile customised Home Information Packs for other providers. The pack includes a front page, with the provider's logo and company information and can include a front elevation photograph of the property in question.
HIP Midlands is also working closely with Northamptonshire Borough Council to satisfy their requirements for EPCs for Social Housing.
